Paneer Stuffed Puff Pastry – Dhaba Style !!

    Ingredients

    • Paneer - 300 gm
    • Onion Finely Chopped - 1/2 cup
    • Green Chillies - 4
    • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
    • Kitchen King - 1 Tsp
    • Salt - 1.5 Tsp
    • Turmeric - 1/8th Tsp
    • Butler - 1 Tbsp
    • Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
    • Oil - 1 Tbsp

    Instructions

    1. In a pan on medium to high heat add Oil.
    2. Once oil is heated add Onions and Green Chillies. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the onions are a little brown.
    3. Now add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder , Turmeric, Kitchen King Masala and Salt.
    4. Cook for 1 more minute.
    5. Now Add butter. Once Butter melts add Paneer.
    6. Cook for 2 minutes.
    7. Now add Garam Masala and mix well.

    Assemble Patty

    1. Take Puff pastry shee and cut it in 3 rectangular strips about 3 inch wide.
    2. Put some Paneer masala and close the sheet. Press on sides so its closed properly.
    3. Do this for all the patties.
    4. Take a baking tray apply some oil, now place all the patties on the tray.
    5. Apply oil on top of all patties.
    6. Now Pre Heat the oven to 425 F.
    7. Bake the patties for 15 to 20 minutes ot till golden.
    8. Server with Spicy Ketchup!! 🙂
