    Ingredients

    Marination Masala

    • Desi Ghee - 2 Tbsp
    • Coriander Seeds / Sabut Dhaniya - 4 Tsp
    • Fenugreek / Methi Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
    • Dry / Sukhi Lal Mirch - 4
    • Cumin / Jeera Seeds - 2 Tsp
    • Fennel / Sauf Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
    • Whole Black Pepper / Sanut kali Mirch - 1/2 Tsp
    • Garlic Gloves - 8
    • Tamarind / Imli Pulp - 1 Tsp
    • Water / Pani - 1/2 Cup

    Marination

    • Yogurt / Dahi - 4 Tbsp
    • Lemon Juice / Nimbo Rass- 2 Tsp
    • Paneer - 400 GMS
    • Salt - 1 Tsp
    • Marination Masala

    Tadka

    • Desi Ghee - 2 Tbsp
    • Onions - 1 Cup
    • Curry Patta - 25
    • Turmeric / Haldi - 1/2 Tsp
    • Jaggery / Gur - 1/2 Tsp

    Instructions

    Marination Masala

    1. Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
    2. Add Coriander Seeds, Methi Seeds, Sukhi Lal Mirch, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Whole Black Peppers and roast for few minutes. Dont over do it as it will roast a little with Garlic Cloves and Tamarind Pulp.
    3. Add Garlic Cloves and roast until you start seeing some brown spots,
    4. Add Tamarind past and roast for another minute.
    5. Let it cool down for few minutes.
    6. Add Water and grind this mixture into fine paste.

    Marination

    1. Take out this mixture in a mixing bowl.
    2. Add Yogurt to the mixture.
    3. Add Lemon Juice.
    4. Add Salt.
    5. Mix well.
    6. Add Paneer Cubes to the marination mix.
    7. Mix well until all Paneer cubes are covered with marination mixture. Be gentle so you don't break the Paneer Cubes.

    Tadka

    1. Heat Ghee in a pan on medium flame.
    2. Add Onions, Curry Leaves and Turmeric Powder.
    3. Mix and Saute until Onions turn translucent.
    4. Add Marinated Paneer Cubes and all marination masala.
    5. Mix everything and cook for few minutes.
    6. Turn off the flame once you see the grease coming top.
    7. Serve hot with your favorite breads.
