    Ingredients

    • Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
    • Onions - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
    • Green Chillies - 2 Finely Chopped
    • Tomatoes - 1 Cup Finely Chopped
    • Your Fav Mixed Vegetables - 2 Cups
    • Rolled Oats - 2 Cups
    • Salt - 2 Tsp
    • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
    • Kitchen King - 2 Tsp
    • Water - 3 Cups

    Instructions

    1. In a Pan on Medium High Heat add Oil.
    2. Once Oil is heated add Onions.
    3. Cook Till Onions are Translucent.
    4. Now add Green Chillies and Partially Boiled Mixed Vegetables. Add any combination of your favorite Mixed vegetables. We used Peas, Corn, Green Beans, Carrots, Broccoli and Cauliflower.
    5. Cook for 5 Minutes.
    6. Now add Tomatoes, Salt and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
    7. Mix well and Cook till this mixture gets dry.
    8. Now add Oats and Cook for 1 minute.
    9. Add water, Mix well.
    10. Now Add Kitchen King Masala. Mix Very well.
    11. Turn the Flame to low, Cover the pan with a lid and cook 5 minutes.
    12. Mix Gently, Add Cilantro and Serve!

    Recipe Notes

    If you would like Softer Oats like Khichdi then add 4 cups of water.
