    Ingredients

    Recipe With Petha

    • Heavy Whipping Cream - 2 Cups
    • Petha / Sweet Pumpkin - 1/2 cup
    • Banana - 3
    • Seedless Grapes - 3/4 cup
    • Mango - 1
    • Strawberries - 3/4 Cup

    Recipe With Apple

    • Heavy Whipping Cream - 2 Cups
    • Apple - 2
    • Sugar - 1/4 cup
    • Banana - 3
    • Seedless Grapes - 3/4 cup
    • Mango - 1
    • Strawberries - 3/4 Cup

    Instructions

    1. Put a mixing bowl and heavy cream in fridge for 1 hr.
    2. Pour cream in the bowl and whisk for 2 to 3 minutes.
    3. If using Dry Petha, finely shred it and add to whisked cream.
    4. If you want to use apple instead, shred the apple and add it to the mix before serving. Do not add it while making the recipe as it will turn brown.
    5. If using apple, add sugar to whisked cream and mix well.
    6. Add the fruits now, Banana, Seedless Grapes, Mango, Strawberries or any other fruits you would like.
    7. Mix well.
    8. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
    9. If making with apple, add finely shredded apple now and mix well.
    10. Serve Chilled.
