    Ingredients

    Gravy

    • Seasme Oil / Til oil - 2 Tbsp
    • Garlic - 2 Tbsp Chopped
    • Ginger - 1 Tbsp Chopped
    • Green Chillies - 3
    • Onion - 1 Cup Cut in Triangles
    • Red Bell Pepper / Red Capsicum - 1/2 Cup Cut in Triangle
    • Maggi Hot and Sweet Sauce - 3 Tbsp
    • Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
    • Vinegar - 2 Tsp
    • Salt - 3/4 Tsp
    • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
    • Water - 1 Cup + Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp
    • Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
    • Spring Onion Green To Garnish
    • Maggi Tastemaker Masala - 3 Packets

    Maggi

    • Boiled Maggi noodles 3 packs

    Instructions

    Boil Maggi Noodles

    1. In a Pan bring 3 cups water to Boil.
    2. Add Maggi Noodles and Boil till 90 % done.
    3. Strain and keep aside.

    Gravy

    1. In a Pan on medium high heat add Seasme Oil.
    2. Not add Garlic, Ginger and Green Chillies. Cook for a minute.
    3. Now Add Onions cook for a minute. Add capsicum as well and cook till onions and capsicum are half cooked.
    4. Now add Hot and sweet Maggi Sauce, Vinegar, Salt , Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and Maggi Taste Maker Masala. Mix well.
    5. Add Water+Cornflour mix. Cook for a minute.
    6. Add Black Pepper, Mix well.
    7. Now add the Boiled Noodles and mix. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
    8. Garnish with Spring Onion Greens.

    Recipe Notes

    To make this dish even more spicy, Replace Kashmiri red chili powder with Half quantity of regular red chilli powder.
