    Ingredients

    To Beat Together

    • Eggs - 4
    • Salt - 1/4 Tsp
    • Black Pepper Powder - 1/8th Tsp
    • Maggi Taste Maker - 1
    • Boiled Maggie - 1 Pack

    Cooking

    • Butter - 2 Tsp
    • Tomatoes - 2 Tbsp DeSeeded
    • Onions - 2 Tbsp Chopped
    • Green Chillies - 1 Tsp Chopped
    • Green Peppers - 2 Tbsp
    • Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Tbsp
    • Dhaniya / Cilantro Leaves - 2 Tbsp

    Instructions

    Boil Maggie

      Make Egg Mix

      1. In a Bowl Crack open 3 Eggs.
      2. Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and Maggie Taste Maker.
      3. Whisk all the ingredients till frothy.
      4. Add boiled Maggie noodles (95% Cooked) and whisk well.

      Cooking Omelette

      1. In a Shallow pan on medium heat add Butter.
      2. When Butter melts add Onions, Green Chillies, Green Peppers and Tomatoes.
      3. Cook for 1 to 2 Minutes. Turn the flame to low.
      4. Add the Whisked Egg mix to the pan.
      5. Spread the Maggie evenly on the pan.
      6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 4 minutes on low. The Omelette should be cooked from the top and no liquid should be visible.
      7. Add Some Cilantro leaves.
      8. Add Mozzarella Cheese.
      9. Fold the Omelette in Half and Cook on low for another 2 minutes.
      10. Now cut the Omelette in the center into 2 halves
      11. Garnish with cilantro and Serve with Ketchup.
