    Ingredients

    Batter

    • Besan / Gram Flour - 2 Cups
    • Salt - 1. 25 Tsp
    • Lal Mirch / Red Chilli Powder - 1.25 Tsp
    • Ajwain / Carom - 3/4 Tsp
    • Hing / Asafoetida - 1/4 Tsp
    • Pani / Water - 1.5 Cups

    Aloo / Potato Masala

    • Boiled Mashed Aloo / Potatoes - 5
    • Lal Mirch / Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
    • Salt - 2 Tsp
    • Green Chillies - 6
    • Garam Masala - 1.5 Tsp
    • Aamchur / Dry Mano Powder - 1 Tsp
    • Chopped Fresh Dhaniya / Cilantro - 5 Tbsp
    • Chat Masala - 1/2 Tsp

    Bread Pakoras

    • Bread - 16
    • Paneer thin Slice - 8
    • Green Chutney - 8 Tsp 1 Tsp for each paneer slices
    • Chat Masala - 8 Pinches
    • Oil - To Fry

    Instructions

    Batter

    1. Take besan in bowl.
    2. Add Salt, Lal Mirch, Ajwain and Hing and mix all dry ingredients.
    3. Now slowly add water keep stirring with a whisk until all lumps are dissolved.

    Aloo / Potatoes Masala

    1. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash well.
    2. Add Lal Mirch, Salt , Green Chillies, Garam Masala, Aamchur, Fresh Dhaniya, Chaat Masala and mix well. 

    Bread Pakoras

    1. Heat some oil to fry the pakoras
    2. Take a bread slice, add a thin slice of raw Paneer.
    3. Add Green Chutney on the paneer and spread,
    4. Sprinkle a pinch of Chat Masala.
    5. Add Aloo Masala and spread to cover the bread slice.
    6. Cover it with another slice of bread and press a little so the whole sandwich sticks together.
    7. Dip this sandwich in the batter and put it in the heated oil.
    8. Fry for seconds and flip. Fry each side for few seconds until golden brown.
    9. Serve hot with Dhaba Style Dhaiya Chutney!!
